                              New Start, New Journey- Gangtong Group’s Welcoming Party of Graduates of 2014

Gangtong Group held the welcoming party of graduates of 2014 in the group headquarters multimedia conference room on July 5th, which theme is ‘ New Start, New Journey’. Chen Yong, the chairman and general manager of the company, made an important speech at the meeting. Liu Hongbing, the group deputy general manager, held the meeting. And the group vice presidents Chen Xinggen, Fan Xiongran, Peng Jian, Yu Bo and other relevant leaders; all departments’managers and subsidiary leaders attended the meeting.


At the meeting, each department leaders introduced their affairs respectively and invite the new employees to join in the group.LI Lanying, the human resources manager notified the graduates’school, major and other conditions. Under the lead and arrangement of the group company, each department actually received a total of 32 college graduates. Thus, Gangtong Group basically achieved the complete coverage targets of production, technology, sales and installation system.


Then, the older employees guide to chorus ‘ Young Friends, Come to Meet Together’. The new employees were divided into several small groups and respectively performed the inspirational ‘ I Believe’; united and fraternal ‘Friends’; humorous ‘Griggles’and excited ‘ Tomorrow Will Be Better’ and other wonderful programs. During the show, there was cut in the self introduce and some interesting little games, such as ‘Xingqiling’and ‘Balloon Drop’. All the old and new staffs took part in the games and the leader awarded the commemorative gifts for the winners.


Last, Chen Yong, the chairman and general manager of the company, quoted a small snippet of ‘ To Speak’about graduation season, which made graduates feel deeply and gave Chen a warm applause. Chen gave several important speeches at the meeting, he required the new staffs keep away from the ‘ negative energy’, but to transfer ‘positive energy’ and to become a positive, proactive, responsible and valuable staff. At the same time, he hoped all the new staffs to set up correct view of life; approve Gangtong’s enterprise values of ‘ Honest to all and benefit for all’and develop and advance with Gangtong’s future. The meeting ended perfectly with the song‘Move Toward Recovery’.


By carrying out this activity, new staffs felt Gangtong’s positive, creative and harmonious atmosphere, which enhanced the communicate between old and new staffs; strengthened the friendship between old and new staffs. And laid a good foundation of  Gangtong’s development because every staff could help with each other and cooperate with each other. Wish Gangtong will have a bright future!
