 from customer will unconditionally track the processing until the problem be solved and form a record.


Service guarantee

After-sales service personnel will provide 12 hours’ for day and night emergency maintenance service. 

 After received the customersnotice,  maintenance personnel will response within 2 hours.

For major emergency, the maintenance personnel must arrived at the scene within 4 hours.
