In 31st, the joint commission international hospital identification announced that they will cooperate with Chinese ministry of health. They come up with a series of plan which could improve the quality of medical care and the safety of patients through promote the plan in Chinese hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other health care services.
It was reported that this cooperation will introduce the international medical professional standards of the joint commission international hospital identification to China——the world’s most populous nation. The joint commission international hospital identification will cooperate with Chinese ministry of health and give better special advice to improve the safety and quality of medical service. And they will also provide the strategic plan to strengthen the medical device certification, medical personnel training and other fields. In addition, this cooperation also involve with blood safety, cure management and information management’s standardized guidelines which established by medical institutions, research institutions and non-governmental organization.
Other promotional plan also included the joint commission international hospital identification’s special translation and introduction standards about hospitals, primary health care institutions, clinical laboratories and community health institutions; the tools which used to prevent and control the spread of infectious diseases and care standards of ADIS; provide the professional training of hospital administrators and help the government to establish a public and nonprofit hospital evaluating system. In addition, the joint commission international hospital identification will continue to identify the Chinese hospitals.
