Biosensor array detector is a kind of new clinical testing equipment which is used to detect mycobacterium tuberculosis and HBV. It takes the advantage of biological chip and biosensor and introduces the index of physical test into clinical medicine and molecular biology fields. And it will reflect the target molecule’s content of clinical specimens which is under test according to the surface frequency change of biosensor chip.
Under the support of municipal scientific and technological project ‘key technology research of biosensor chip and automatic detect instrument’, Southwest Hospital collaborated with 26th institution of CLP Group. They overcame the constant temperature amplification technology of the array surface’s target sequence in original position; the joint detection techniques of peptide nucleic acid and piezoelectric array; the nucleic acid’s direct detection technology of the sensor array’s gold membrane surface. And they creatively came up with the reaction endpoint judgment method of sensor biology, which set a strong theoretical basis of the judgment of the end point when piezoelectric sensor biology was reacting.
On this basis, they successfully developed biosensor chip of piezoelectric quartz in resonant mode; the biosensor chip of SH-APM and biosensor chip array in plug mode. And they developed the first automatic detect instrument of piezoelectric biosensor array and its matched analysis software of PESAV2.0, and they cooperated with Beijing Wangsheng Weiye Technology Co., Ltd for the exploitation of the product. The product has gained the production certificate and registration certificate from Beijing food and drug administration. This project has published 18 academic papers and among which 3 papers was included in SCI and 1 paper has applied for national invention patent.
The successful development of the product enriched the means of clinical test; opened a new way for clinical test; promoted the improvement level of laboratory diagnosis and played an important positive leading role in the development of our MEMS and medical device industry. Under the vigorous promotion of Chongqing Municipal Government and Germany teaching and research department, Southwest hospital signed a bilateral agreement with Germany Fraunhofer research department. And the Germany research department would introduce the biochip technology patent from Southwest hospital to joint develop the DNA-based biosensor.
